Re-Pack was started as an organization to provide parts and service to the labeling industry. Our staff is trained not only on our equipment, but has experience with most major brands of labeling machinery.
We offer parts, technical support and in-plant service. We also offer change parts, tooling and complete equipment rebuilds.
Training is offered to all of our customers as well as our sales representatives. This training is given either in our facility, or a specialized program can be set-up in your plant. Our training program is normally broken into three sections:
1. Educating the operator on how the system functions and the basic set-up and adjustment practices.
2. The second phase of training is normally given to line mechanics and instructs them on set-up and troubleshooting the equipment.
3. The final phase is scheduled maintenance. This part of the training is intended to keep the machinery in good working order and extend its production life.
